Who is HH Bolcher?
HH Bolcher is a Danish food company with offices and production facilities in the northern part of Denmark. With our strong brands in the food sector, we delight and enrich consumers in both the Danish and international markets – in everyday life, during small breaks, and in those special moments when it's needed the most. From sweet indulgences to specialized products that meet high standards for both function and flavor.
We are a small team of six passionate employees – all with a deep love for quality and skilled craftsmanship. With a strong focus on product development, high-quality ingredients, and efficient processes, we work purposefully to deliver tasty and functional products – bringing joy to both consumers and partners.
Our history
HH Bolcher is a Danish, family-owned company with proud traditions and a history that dates back to the turn of the millenium. What began as a dream to create something of their own quickly became a livelihood for the couple Dorte and Stefan Christiansen. With creativity, ingenuity, and a good dose of Danish determination, they discovered the recipe for what would later grow into a recognized food producer with customers across borders.
Today, HH Bolcher is run with the same passion by the second generation of the family – the daughter Nanna Christiansen and her husband Jeppe Kirk. Together, they combine traditional values with fresh ideas and strong ambitions, ensuring the HH Bolcher remains a living dream and a continuing story.
I dag drives HH Bolcher med samme ildhu af 2. generation i familien – datteren Nanna Christiansen og hendes mand Jeppe Kirk. Sammen kombinerer de traditionelle værdier med nye idéer og stærke ambitioner, så HH Bolcher er en drøm og en fortælling, der lever videre.
